Sorry the Telos unit turned out to be crap. I was afraid it might, since it was presented as being for phone and voice recognition applications, but had no experience with it to really say.

Yeah, it was too good to be true for what it cost. You can check out this other thread I started and see what Boingoman had to say.

Looks like I should have listened to you to begin with.

I've just been using the mic input on my laptop and the sound is really good(at least by my standards). Maybe someday I'll shell out the bucks for a real USB interface but for now I'm happy with what I've got. Thanks for your help.
