Both of them are in my price range (sub $100), and both seem really good. I might be able to widen my price range if there is another mic that's better than both of these. For vocals only, which of these two is better?

Scrap the Behringer off your list. The SP B1 is a much better mic. Though they are the same price, the B1 is better on clarity and freq. response. So yes, the SP B1 :)

You might also consider the AT2020. Similar price range.

Or the AT2020/2021 package for only $124. The 2020 would be a decent vocal mic, and the 2021 should be good for other general purpose miking.

the studio projects is definately better than the behringer, also you might wanna look into some of the mxl mics in that range

A friend of mine recorded a CD on a Behringer B1 and I wasn't too impressed. That said I do have a pair of behringer B5s that I'm in love with as overheads and on acc. guitar.
I still think that the best berry buy mic wise is the ecm8000's. Cheap as chips, noisy as hell but are a handy tool for your aresenal. Good for usind a condenser where you'd be too scared to use your others like in front of a kick drum, I've gotten a really nice kick drum mix from an AT pro25 and an ecm8000 to pick up the low end.
