I'm going out tomorrow to buy that $200 studio desk (RTA Creation Station) from guitar center with the built in rack and such. anyone else used this desk? Supposedly the height from the bottom to the main desk is too short.

Well, that would depend on who you're talking to... I'm 5'7", and it's the perfect height for setting up my monitors at ear level. The only drawback that I have ever noticed is the racks. Not enough spaces. But, you still have plenty of room to set up the equipment you use the most right in front of you (breakout box, compressors,etc...), and you can get another rack for cheap enough.

well i went to guitar center today to get it and decided that it was too short (i'm 6'3"). I went with some bigger desk with more racks than i'll probably ever need. i am content.
