Studio Condenser Mic. Which to buy ? ?

Hey everyone -
Im looking to buy my first studio mic being used for
vocals(spoken and sung male voice)
-Prices listed are what I can get them for-
I'm stuck between:
ksm27 $179
Marshall V88 $125
Perception220 $135
I really like shure products however I am leaning to the mxl because of the price and they promote it as a wonderful vocal mic (which no one I talk to seems to have ever had experience with). And all the people at guitar center recommend the Perception 220
Any comments/experience with any would be helpful, especially in regards to the V88 because I cant find anything on it.. thanks -Ryan

Are vocals the only thing you plan to record with this mic?

What's the room you're recording in like?

Yes, only vocals. small room maybe 9x11 ft. its pretty soundproof

They have a free return policy. THIS is a killer mic. Those others you are looking at dont compare to the quality sound this mic makes. Period.
