Studio Climate

How do professional studios heat and cool their rooms? I know this something that must be overcome but how? When I'm recording I can just turn the heat/ac off but in a high dollar studio, or even your average studio, I would think they would want to keep the clients as comfortable and happy as possible. Not to mention you wouldn't want to hear it on a recording.

I don't know about you but I'm not happy if I'm sweating on my guitar and gear, well...... aside from playing live.
 
generally speaking, its done with a lot of expense to create a detailed design and to build the HVAC system - it has to move enough (fresh) air to keep the temperature and humidity nearly constant without transmitting sound between rooms, conducting vibrations, or producing noise (or even air currents which can be picked up by the mics)...
