well, the BIOS (Basic Input/Output Soft is a program that every computer has that controls all the inputs and outputs of your computer. The BIOS contains all the code required to control the keyboard, display screen, disk drives, serial communications, and a number of miscellaneous functions. Try this website to see how you can access the BIOS on your computer. It varies depending on PC brand. You usually press the certain keyboard key at the startup of the PC. Usually, when the computer brand logo appears. Mine is a HP so I press F1 as soon as the logo appears and then it says "Entering BIOS". Be careful not to move any settings that you cant recognize, as this will render your pc inbootable!!! So enter BIOS at your own risk...Dont be scared to go in there, just like I said, dont mess around if you dont know. The way I found mine was where it said, "integrated audio" and it said "disabled"...so then I switched to "enabled". That was it!! If you do change something and forgot what is was set to, then exit the BIOS without saving any changes. Email me...oh heres the site where it tells you how to enter your BIOS... http://www.mustek.com/Support/techdocs/bios.html
