Stretching audio

Does Reaper allow for me to, for example, click with the mouse and drag an audio waveform to stretch it? Rather than inputting numbers...which is a tiresome "stab in the dark".

I'm trying to match up 2 waveforms of different length. I want something "visual" and easy.

If Reaper can't do it (and I've searched but couldn't find out), then maybe someone knows of an app that can do this?

Yeah "timestretch visually" is what I want, thanks. Can't seem to find it mentioned anywhere in the manual though. Maybe I'll head over to the chat and ask. Thanks.
 
ALT-Click and drag end of wav! Lol too easy!
