strat and tele tuners

Are THEY interchangeable?

Looking at getting a tele neck, but I want to know if any of the tuners I have will fit.

Yup interchangeable. There’s no such thing as a ‘strat’ or ‘Tele’ tuner. Any ‘6 in line’ tuner will work. The differences come into play on the hole size. Tuners with nuts generally require larger headstock holes than those with press in bushings (vintage style)

Most after market necks come with the smaller holes so sometimes they have to be reamed out.
