SSL MADI Xtreme to Ferrofish A 16 MK-II AD/DA ?

Does anyone know if You can use SSL MADI Xtreme together with Ferrofish A16 MK-II ?
I think it would be a cheap and good alternative.
Would be nice to know if it works.
 
:) They told me at Ferrofish that SSL MADI works fine with Ferrofish A16, they tested it there.
MIDI over MADI is not supported by SSL but anything else is working fine.
Good to know.
