Oh crap...Did i take it too far...as i sit here with Maxwell in one ear and cheezy muzac in the other as I wait on HOLD with QVC tryin' to figure out where the hell my Personal Pilates Trainer MACHINE IS!!!
Sorry y'all. Had to vent...maybe this situation is frustrating enough to eek a song out over...anywho...back to the POINT!

We are all crazy cuz it's so darn cold here you've got to be out of your mind to stay! 9 mos. of winter is NO JOKE! I don't care what the true natives say (sorry Spin)....75 degrees DOES NOT MEAN IT'S SUMMER!!! I need at least 85 to even bask in the sun...aw welll.....I haven't left yet...so I guess it's not that bad...but then again...I'm nuts too.

I was supposed to start spinnin' there last month in January. But, they extended their contract with the promotions company "ILL MEASURES" until April.
So, the management is telling me that Il. Mea. only wants to use their DJ. She is a female dj that is only marginal on the 1's and 2's.
Luckily, this Friday I'm going down there to talk with one of the smaller investors of the W.
The Smaller Investor is saying that the GM of The Wave was pissed off because I had been talking about doing a weekend night, over at The Kazbar, at the House of Blues Hotel.
The GM of Wave is telling me that I need to be over there at W, but it is taking FOREVER for that to happen...
So, I'm thinking that I still could be making some at Kazbar, until W is ready "to dance".

I had also heard from one of my sources that they might only want female dj's.
If that is the case, then I'll get my girl DJ MARYJANE to get the contract and spin over there @ WAVE.
She'll be spinning a 'Jenny Jones' show this week.
So, that'll give the extra leverage....
