Has anyone seen the Dual Rectifier Road King yet? What a piece of work. If I ever have to buy another amp, that'll be it, with the TWO different cabinet options. That is bad ass. You can have channel one feed an open back, and channel 2 or 3 or FOUR, (yes FOUR channels) go to your closed 4x12, automatically when you switch channels. Or have, say, both cabinets functional only on channel 2. Mix and match as you please. Thats bad ass. You can then have the option of running your clean sound in channel 1 through a pair of whatever tubes you like, say 2 el34's, and then have your dirty sound automatically kick over to 4 EL34's or 4 6L6's, or silicon diode, or any mix and match of tubes you can practically think of (2 of each?!!), without having to manually do anything. Press your channel select footswitch, and bam. Nice.
Check that sucker out.

Very sweet. I bet there's a nice price tag attached to.

Oh well, you could always buy a pod and have 16 cabinets options on each amp....hahahahahahahahahahahhaha.

Do you know how much it's going to cost?

Well, my 3 channel dual was about $1500 for the head, so I would imagine a head version of that one will be about $1800 or so. The combo probably about $2100. I will never succumb to a Pod after having numerous Mesa Boogie amps, just can't see it happening. :)

I should check this out

I was shopping for dual rectifiers...but maybe this will take the cake...

Rockin.
