ADD -- blessing and curse
I posted my song on SoundClick, and after I did the site said my song was too short to be listed in the charts! It's 2 minutes, 35 seconds. I guess the limit is 3 minutes, but this really bites!

Dang.

Of course, your song is longer than 3 mins.

Dang.

Just insert 30 seconds of silence after the song is finished.

I went back and listened to it, and it appeared to all be there, but I'll go back and double-check to make sure it uploaded correctly.

I think I'd go back and try uploading it again. Heck, I've got pieces up there that are like 1:30. I never got that message.

I went back and checked, and it appears everything is fine. It just hasn't been listened to enough to be on the charts anywhere.

They should have a "chart position" on the band administration page, so you can see what position your song is in on the charts. That'd be cool.

I think I discovered why. SoundClick doesn't go by song length. It goes by the file size. My MP3 is only 1.24MB because of how it was encoded, so I suppose that's why it's "too short" to show on the charts.
