I have been working as a live sound tech for a few years for theaters and such. Recently I put together a system for myself including mixer, eq, amp and MD recorder. I'm wondering what is a good way of getting audio that I record onto the MD on to my PC and what is a good program to use to edit it to be burned onto a CD? I currently have a SB Live Platinum but from what I've read it isn't very good. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks for the help,
Adam

If your MD has digital out, you could run it that way into the SBLive! If it doesn't, just run it into the line ins.
(The SB Live Platinum isn't a "bad" card.. I've done lotsa music on it which I'm pleased with)

For editing, I think there is a editor called Goldwave, which is freeware or shareware.

Good Luck
