Sound Workshop Consoles

recently, in another thread, my attention was drawn to a Sound Workshop 1600 series console. http://www.blevinsaudio.com/SNDWKSHP1600.html (click on the link above the pics or the specs) ive never heard of these, which isnt surprising because i am just now dipping my feet into what seems the endless ocean of audio engineering. ive been looking around on the internet for info, but i cant seem to find a website for them. does anyone out there know about these boards? are they quality pieces?

That looks pretty much like the modified console (whixh is a series 30) in this studio: www.goldencut.se
I have been fortunate enough to spend quite some time there, and that board sounds pretty sweet (mind that it's been moded). As far as I know, Sound Workshop means quality, generally speaking.
