Sound Forge Wave Hammer Help

Hello Guys

I am a DJ (non professional) and have recently been given MP3's that have been converted from vinyl, unfortunately they haven't been done properly causing the wave lines & little beat squares underneath to become Un-aligned vdj.webp <see here, Now I've been told you can use Sound Forge Wave Hammer to correct this, unfortunately I don't know how to do this properly so that waves & beat squares are lined up properly in order to help me mix with these correctly like so vdj2.webp can anybody help me please.
 
Wavehammer is like a limiting compressor, don't know how that would do what you're after. You can get the SoundForge manual at this web site. hope that helps some. :D
