Sound Effects!

Hello Friends,
I would like to know, if anyone know of a website, where I can Download, or use good sound effects? I would like to use them in my recordings. Also what is the best way to loop these effects? I am using the "Tascam 414 MK II" Will I need a special maching to do looping? Thanks in advance for the help...

Why not try sampling? Since you're using the Tascam and not knowing what sound card and it's AD/DA conversion is, why not
check out an outboard sampler like a BOSS SP-202.

But if you insist on p-c based, heard good things 'bout Samplitude
format.
