wow. really twisted!

you have a lot going on in these tunes. complex. i think of movie soundtracks for some really dark movie...

sounds good even in lofi!

:)

thanks jeap! I'm on my way to check out your latest right now..

Hey B.Sabbath,
Not really sure what I can add, sounds all there, you've definitely got your thing going with the heavy guitars, breaks, changes, and stuff, etc. A couple things that stand out to me that bring it down are the string sounds and the drums sounds (which I think I've said to you before). Just seems like this sort of thing cries out for really heavy heavy real drums.

But, nevertheless, personal taste ;) and nitpicking aside, great job.

hey macle, I was surprised to see this old thread here because I had a new one going, but thanks for getting to this man.. I forgot I asked you to check this one out.. I hear what your saying about the drums.. They are waay to soft for the guitars.. I got a bit of a better sound on the new tune, but there's nothing like the real thing..

thanks for taking the time..

looking forward to hearing new stuff from you!

Listening right now and it sounds great to me. I really like the changes. Great job again B.SABBATH keep up the good work! :D

What with my slow phone connection and all I always know it's worth my time to download one of your songs.
Cool stuff, but I'd think it be a hell of a lot better if I started smoking weed again.
I kind of get that vibe from this.
Once again great stuff and very creative.

Dang~I haven't been listening here at the clinic for 2 months, and I can't stop myself from listening more mp3s here. They just get better and better.

That tone change on the solo around 3:20 is totally BADASS! it touched me for a sec, really!

Good job, man

Barometer - thanks man!

acidrock - that is the coolest avatar I have ever seen! Thanks for taking the time.. You are right, my music makes a lot more sense when the listener is sedated.. :)

A1A2 - that's a cool thing to hear man, thank you..

I appreciate all the feedback on this one dooods!

No go listen to someone elses stuff! :D

Sami, just had to let you know I've been listening to your stuff (all of it from NoWhereRadio) in my vehicle for the last few days. Kick ass my friend.

#E1F213 Cool song! I'm really impressed. I like this little doom/gothic atmosphere in your songs. Congratulions!
I would like to ask you if are you really using e drums? If so ... how did you get this snare sound? It's so heavy! Do you know where I can find a sample (snare) in .wav to download?
Thank you.

Portishead?

Good melody. Really interesting. I think the melodic aspect is one of the strongest things this one's got. I love melody.

I reckon bring the vocals up 3 dB. What are you scared of? Your own voice? :D Honest, I mean it.

I love: the pauses, with extraneous noises coming in; the guitar sound you got; the great big space of the thing balanced by a kind of claustrophobic atmosphere (that's the Portishead thing).

Some more good news: it was over before I knew it, it had me listening that closely. LOL

Reedy voice: "and the smoke is very good today"

Those kids laughing is wonderful. :) Anybody you know personally?

I'd'a limited it to about 4-5 water drops fading out at the end. Trust me.

Really good work. BTW, do you do fast stuff sometimes?

Track Rat - thanks man.. comments like that make me feel like I'm not a total loser..

Capitani - hey dude, I play an electric drum kit.. The sound module is a Roland TD-8.. I am the wrong guy to ask about samples.. I just use the sounds I have in the module.. If you look up threads by guys like 'SluiCe, and Cranky One', they can help you better than I can with drum sounds. I'm sure you can always send someone a private message and they will help.. You can send me a private message if you want to discuss anything further.. good luck! thanks for checking it out..

dobro - hey dobro, I only heard one Portishead song in my life, and I liked it a lot.. It was 'nobody loves me' I think.. It was a great tune, and you just reminded me that I should check out more of there stuff.. I am suprised that anyone would think the vocals should come up more.. My voice is not one meant to be heard too clearly.. :D I got the idea about the laughing from hearing my friends son laugh while the song was on.. It was so funny because I was listening to the mix, and he was being tickled, and it sounded soo right.. I couldn't record him well, so I found a CD with some great samples.. (The coughing is 100% real though :D) I appreciate your comments because you bring interesting insight.. Yeah I do some seriously heavy stuff that has moments of extreme speed, but I never post it because the vocals usually have a 'cookie monster' sound to them, and I know not many people would get it.. Thanks dobro..

Thanks for everyones feedback.. If anyone else hears this and wants to comment, you can send me a p.m. I don't want to hog the clinic.. :D I appreciate all the feedback I got.. Thanks again guys! :)

BTW, I am surprised that with all the great ears around here, no one noticed the drum mistake!

:D
