Sorry 'bout this but I can't find a pro tools forum. This problem might be typical of all software though.
Sometimes when I record a track to pro tools, it plays back sounding like the batteries are dying. I'm using pro tools FREE, and I have a delta audio M1010 sound card. I run the output to the input of my santa cruz sound card for monitoring. This happens if I record 1 track or 4.
Thanks
Adam T.

You won't find the Pro Tools forum, because it doesen't exist...

I realize it doesn't exist. I hoped someone might know somthing though. or at least hook me up with a pro tools forum. Thanx

Wish Dragon readed my Emails... I ask him so many times. I didn't use Protools, but I think there must be alot of folk in this BBS use Protools...:(

hhmm....

So we need a ProTools and FruityLoops forum...

your prob is Latency.... a slight delay when u paly before you hear it back... the pro tools free thing you have.. really isn't pro tools to it's fullest... when u record you need to have a slower sample rate.. when you play it back u need to increase the sample rate
