Hey, Ed, I read your first mixing article with pleasure, and with eyes wide open.
Aside from the good advice, there's this bit:
"Preconceived ideas have a way of creeping in after awhile. There is something subconscious that makes you want to do things a certain way. I believe it is called neurosis..."
I know nothing about mixing, but I know you put your finger right on it here. Every time I read this line, I laugh. It's so true. You could write a song called "I Believe It's Called Neurosis", I swear.
I think ghostly white pigmentation of the skin suits you.
