Somesort of D.I to usb

Hello all,

Right, me and my friend are in a band, were both guitar, and he has just got cubase. Ive got lots of mics, so how exactly do i go about getting them "into" his laptop, through usb or whatever, preferably we want a way to connect at leat 3 mics at a time, and with a D.I input. I do have jack leads aswell if i cant get a D.I adaptor

as you can probably tell, im a total Newwwb

You can basically go USB audio interface, firewire or PCI card.

The Tascam and M-Audio USB interfaces are pretty good, IMO.

Yup, you need a usb or firewire external sound interface.
