It's kinda like Progressive, technical, sludge, low tuned etc

Nearly every track on these pages is in a different style to the others, so if you don't like what you hear then skip to the next one.

I'm currently working on a song at the moment, should be up within the next week or so, bit of a different style. So STAY TUNED.

Any comments, especially on how to improve mix, would be much appreciated.

Some serious work on the arrangement here - good job. Drums are well done. Guitar is very tasty and melodic especially your solo.

I'm not metal connoisseur so here's my humble take on it: The first part (before the solo) seems to have the drums a tad loud because the guitar is not as present as I would like it. The one guitar in the background is especially low. That comes up again after the solo too. A drummer would love this mix but not a guitarist...lol...

Good job Jamie! Metalhead28 should hear this....:D

Thanks! I can definitely see what you mean about the drums, listening back, the toms and cymbals seem to be dominating. Barely hear the snare in some parts, hmmm.

Would you say that I should give the drums a proper go and balance them correctly before adding them into a recording? I know this is an obvious yes really, but the drums always seem to sound fine by themselves. It's usually after I put it in with the rest that some things stand out more than others.

Thanks for listening anyway, appreciate your feedback!
