hey neil,
I checked out the page.
the layout is particularly cool with the chords, lyrics and sound samples. you did well in the design of things. I know as a fellow musician, I always appreciate someone who wants to share info about their songs.
As for comments, why not add some anectodes about how some of the songs came to be? What I mean is give yourselves some room to tell the story of the song rather than say it's "really emotional" or "Incredibly catchy." In fact, I would completely steer clear of boasting about your music on the site. Let the music speak for itself. I think the internet reader is a bit more skeptical when they read something like that.
If you REALLY want to make it look like you're the next rising star, format the entire page as if it were written by your promotions company. It gives your page an air of importance instead of a hobbyist with a webpage for his friends.
I also took a double take at your reviews in The Big Issue. Is it the same paper the homeless guys pester you to buy in the UK?
Good page Neil.
