So, what are you working on?

Producing, playing on and recording two seperate EP's for a singer songwriter and a singer. And doing the same for a 15 song album for another singer/songwriter. Although I'm trying to find as many musicians to contribute tracks as the budgets allow. I'm really sick of hearing myself. :)

Ahhh!. Fair enough. :)

Henry, I tried an AT4033 on vox since I was repairing it for someone today.
They're only scratch vocals, but I'm pleasantly surprised.

Vocals sounded great. I use a 4033 about 90% of the time. Once again it's who's behind the mic cause I don't get anything like that :-)

I'm putting together a Goo Goo Dolls/ Lady Ga Ga tribute band.

It's called Goo Goo Ga Ga.

Nice. :D

I'm doing a BB King/Bee Gees tribute and calling it BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB

Yeah that's a nice microphone Paul. What was wrong with it?

I think I'll amalgamate J-lo and Pete doherty.

It's gotta be P-do hasn't it?

Loose contact of some kind. It was working but buzzing. I opened it, checked all the connections, closed it, and now it's fine. :)

Magic touch I guess.

I'm the only one that's not in a tribute band. :( But I run sound for 6 or 7 of them. :)

Kiss
Niel Young
AC/DC
Pink Floyd
Doors
Beatles

Tell me about it!

Well to tell you the truth the Niel Young band is quite good and very entertaining.

Yuck. But whatever.

I will say this though....drums in an AC/DC tribute band would be a fucking blast.

It's just that you don't see Niel Young tribute bands everywhere.

Yeah good hard driving AC/DC drums are the best!
