An Audio Buddy is clean for the money. For your purposes you might prefer something a little dirtier ... anything with a tube in (if that's your thang). Perhaps that Studio Projects one where you can adjust the dirtiness ...

Hmmm, that's tough. This question is unfair, because if I divide the number of threads that DJL has hijacked by my monthly internet bill, I get an imaginary number.

Possibly the best post I've ever seen ... finally someone who gets my sense of humour!

Most boring thread for under $100

I have a few I'd like to nominate.

I think the most boring post would be a reply to a thread that has no direct home recording value (see figure A). Though I think a retort to a reply to such a thread might constitute a lesser value (see figure B).
