Here goes another one from the same session as my first post.

The snare isn't sitting well for me. I can't get the ghost notes to come through at all without it being too loud.

guitar and bass were direct and amplitubed into submission...

The kick is more of a problem than the snare to my ears. It's all thud and no body or depth.

I'd give the snare maybe a little more in mid-high range for a bit more crispness.

Pretty song. I liked the acoustic guitar part. I liked the harmony vocals.

Some timing issues in the intro.

Some small pitch issues throughout the song.

You might want to compress the vox a little harder. Words here and there can get lost. You might want to do fader rides instead.

Snare cuts through OK and I don't notice ghost notes. The sample appears to change near the end of the song. A little non-standard, but I thought it was kind of cool.

i like the snare.. the ghost notes come through just fine to me.

agree about the kick. needs some more oomph

Actually, I think the ghost notes are a bit too loud :D for the song. There are many (the drags especially) that get distracting.

Yeah, the loud snare hits aren't all that much louder than the ghost notes, IMO. I think they're plenty loud..
