Snake Creation

I'm in a silimar situation. I need to run cables between control and live rooms and haven't decided whether to buy a snake/breakout box, build same, use wall plates instead, yada yada yada, the options are endliess.

I'm not afraid of a little wiring but would just as soon buy something premade if the price was right.
