SM57

i love sm57's (maybe a little too much)

... i know i'm a low rent, lo fi, kinda guy, but i really do love the sound of this humble little workhorse. i even like singing on one, through a good pre, of course, to get the signal up... but once i do, i'm always digging it. i sing on one live, too, even though i have access to some great mics. it's become a part of my sound... but then again, my main guitar is a danelectro (enough said).

chill man, it's cool, i was wondering too. it's not like there aren't enough sm57 threads around here .. ;)

i'm sure it doesn't really matter. wouldn't it be great if this turned into a another dumb argument? hilarious.
 
i don't know? will someone explain what a microphone is please? the phone i already have is just fine for talking and text messaging.
