Since my newest mixer is in the shop (of course...) I've been using my 16 line analog mixer again on my older computer (nothign special, nothing fancy). For some reason (this never happened until now) I've been having a "distortion/skipping" problem with my recordings. These recordings aren't important but It still bothers me because I hate making shitty recordings.
Is it because my cables? The fact its the old computer, or is there something else?
Ps- its maybe every 12 seconds, and not even for the entire song, just maybe... the first 1/4 of it? At first i thought it was from breathing then quickly realized it happened with my guitar amp on my e609 as well
