It's Russian urban slang, you definately wouldn't translate that anywhere online.

Pretty much an equivalent for an English "munch my rug off, lame-ass clusterfucker"

Only if you put it over your head. You aren't really getting rid of the reflections by using something like that. You're just making the mic more directional. That helps a bit, but no more than simply bringing the mic closer to your mouth, IMHO.

just make sure any towels or anything you put over the windows of your car come down before you start driving back home.

one time i had one of those visors in my back window to keep the sun out. i wasnt till i got about 2 miles away from the beach and i needed to see out my back window that i realized i couldnt.

this is way more daqngerous if you forget the visor on the fron windsheild fyi. windshield?
