Singin

I have found tha when I am doing recording or singing live, that Caffiene hurt my voice .. so I stay away from it at all costs, try just to drink water ...

also DAIRY products are a Huge NO NO when you are gunna be singing ...

I took 5 years of Voice training when I was younger .. and I find alot of what I learned through that very useful now ..

It sounds like some of us read the current issue of Electronic Musician. I keep reading quotes from that artical on how to get the most out of the singers. Good artical I read alot of stuff I didnt know before and Ive had training for three years.

I reccomend all that havent read it to read it and try some of the suggestions from it.

I need hellllp !!

Singing is seriosuly everything to me. I love it more than anything, and I discovered that I could have a talent for it when I was 13. I began taking voice lessons, and they helped a lot. My voice became stronger, fuller, and my range improved greatly. Now it's about 3 years later and something has happened to it. I can no longer sing very strong, and it's hard to explain but it is just very hard to sing. It feels like something is choking my voice back and that it just won't let it out. Does anyone know what I could possibly do to cure this? I'm a girl, so I know it's not a complete voice change or anything, but if my voice doesn't come back I don't know what I'll do... it's everything I want to do with my life. Help !!
