simple time/clock problem!

Hey guys,
I know the solution to this is probably a couple of clicks away from me right now but I'm so fustrated!
I've somehow managed to change the time format to some totally bizzare setting! I simply want my minutes/seconds back

I can use the 'view big time' tool but I prefer just having the correct format in use in the area pictured below (Please click the link to see what I mean)!

Please tell me how I change it back!!

Looks like you've changed the default time to "Samples"

Right-click on the timeline and go down to "Time Format>"

"30fps" is the standard setting.
