Simple question about Transport Panel

I think i'm going to cry. this sounds so simple, but i can't seem to figure this out.

my "Transport Panel" seems to have shrunk into a little useless bar just showing a string of numbers (ie 001.01.01...).

my question is: How the hell do i turn that back into the full sized bar that has all those features like Play, Record, Stop?

Right click on it, and there are all the options for what to show, or at the bottom is "setup".
