Simple mod for V67?

Brent Casey answered me on another forum, I was wondering if anyone had the know-how to try this on my mic without screwing it up and would like to compare it for thier own purposes, getting me a free mod in the process. I'll pay for parts. Only those with excellent soldering/electronics knowledge need apply

I'll do it..I did the Dorsey mod to Mark's mike..turned out pretty to be a pretty nice mod IMO, cleaned it up as well.

Ok, let me find out exactly what I have to have, and find the best transformer for it, I'll order it, and ship it all to ya. Should be a worthwhile upgrade as far as I can guess.
Do you know any part numbers for the Jensens from like Digikey or any place?
I think I'll go pull the cover off and see how many of those "brown things" he was talking about.

BTW Tubedude, I opened mine up last night and I believe the two flat rectangular input resistors at the top of the circuit board are the ones Brent is talking about.

I'm hunting for a tranformer that will fit now, and I'm not sure actually what WILL fit and what will not.
If anyone can help me find this stuff, would be greatly appreciated.
