Hi there!
I am new to the wonderful world of microphones and thought this could be a good place to start. I want to record drums, but my soundcards only has 2 ins.
Will these 2 mics suffice for a decent sound quality?
I'm thinking about placing the mics like this guy: (youtube) /watch?v=3647VayrNKk , but if anyone has any other suggestions please feel free to share.
Thank you!

Didn't watch the video, but do have a suggestion(s). The Beta 52A should be easy to place, a couple record passes at different distances should get you the desired sound. Arm the B1 track & set up a cue mix. Have a friend play the drums while you move the B1 around (while wearing headphones). Make note of the "sweet spots" in your recording area - they should be fairly obvious. You can get pretty good results with 2 mics with pre-planning & of course, a great drum performance! Good luck!
