shopping in San Fran

I need (yes, need) and Ebow. They cost $149 CDN plus tax here (in Canada) = $172.50 CDN = $125 USD


I see them all over the net at Zzounds, SamAsh, Guitar Center etc. for all of $79 US. If I ordered one, however, shipping and duty would put it up to nearly $110 US. But I can get a friend of mine, who lives in San Fran to buy me one, and bring it up here next time he comes up (he comes up every month or two), thus I save a shitload of money.

Problem is, he is not a musician, so has no idea where to go in SanFran, and having spent all of one day in San Fran myself, I have no clue.

Where (addresses please) is there one of these mega box music stores in the Bay area where I can score me a new Ebow Plus for $80 ?

thanx. I normally shun the big box stores, but every now and again the dollars matter. I don't mind paying 10% more to support a local business, but I won't pay 50% more
