Shopping for gear

I was wondering if we could get a list out here of all the Online places we go to shop for Pro Audio gear (and other music gear). I like having a long list of sites to check before I buy, just to make sure Im getting the best deal.

Now If we could just have a way of posting all of the prices somewhere so when we shop we just need to refer to the list and call that vender.

Im personally going to put all of these on my favorites list and when Im shopping for something post who has the lowwest price.

If everyone did this in a thread maybe in hot deals. we could use the search function to bring up the product and then compare the prices and go to the winning link.

I noticed a lot of store are just advertising with killer prices. If you actually want to buy the item it's in backorder or sold. From a local importer I know lots of stores just do the advertising for client attraction. Sometimes its old stock, old versions or just plain returns.

Needless to say that you indeed can save a lot when you first shop a little on the different sites.
