A little bit o' Tea Eich Sea, and a beat/rhythm in my head to build off is a good energy to go with, I find, I tend to convey and communicate best or at least make it sound like it.
 
Always write what is true to you. Even when writing something that has a fictional element to it, the things you say, must remain true to what you believe.
