Setting up my RME Multiface

My question is basically on how to set it up for monitoring. I dont use my mixer for really anything else but that (Its a behringer :/). I was just wondering if anyone can help my out and tell me where to run cables to and from and such. I basically just wanna be able to playback through headphones, monitors, hear what im playing through headphones, thing of that sort. Id really appreciate any comments. thanks

you can run the headphone/stereo out of the multiface straight into the mixer's stereo returns or whatever inputs the behringer has.

As for monitoring what you are playing, just feed you output of your preamp to one channel in the mixer and another to the input of the multiface. For more help, you can go to rme-audio.com and look up their newsgroup.

I own a Multiface, great box man!

When monitoring for tracking go in the return of the mixers returns, this way your signal is going through less of the crap.

When mixing then take a stero pair out straight to your power amp and only use the totalmix software for level setting, not Sonar.

Hmmm..OK..i guess ill try and see what i can come up with..Thanks Alot for the help and replies..Any other comments by the way would be appreciated..
