Setting up mixer -help-

I have a Behringer Xenyx1002 Mixer. I recently purchased a Behringer UCA202 adapter so that I can hook my mixer up to my computer. I have the mic hooked into the mixer with a 1/4" jack and then a set of RCA cables running from the LR output of the mixer into the LR input of the UCA202. It still does not seem to be feeding audio from my microphone into my computer. Am I missing a step?

With, or, without the 202, they both need to be plugged in to software inside the computer

Try the main outputs from the mixer (1/4" phone plugs, not RCA) not sure what the difference is to the RCA '2 track output', should be the same, but ....

The quarter inch jack on inputs 1 and 2 is for Line level only. You need to take your mic into the XLR input.

Since the UCA 202 only has RCA/Phono Ins and Outs that should work for you. However, you have to use the "2 TRK to CNTRL RM" button to feed your computer to headphones or speakers connected to the mixer.
