The Guitar Players Repair Manual by Dan Erlwine is an indespensible resource. It covers action, bridge, intonation, wiring .....from pretty easy DYI to fret dressing but it is all very well explained with good illustrations.

Yeah its not a web site but worth every penny. Should list for well under $20 like $12 or $16 I believe.

Also try the "Ultimate Guitar Set-Up" video. It doesn't have incredible production. However, the instruction and tips are good. Also, it is useful to actually see the process being performed as the are being described.
