Who is feeling that Chopped up and Screwed Music from Houston? I commented on it in another thread. I thought it was for those heads who be sipping on that syrup. My peeps in houston Loves it, it gets no play here. But I guess you have to be around it to appreciate it, any comments?
 
i love it, i've bean listening to screw for about 3 years, before this international explosion that happening now.
 
I've never even heard of it, is it a type of rap/hip hop? Do you any mp3 cuts of anything?
 
I have a couple of screwed up cd's that my Cousin sent that I will try to post somewhere (If that is possible) Biggie sounds pretty ill screwed up! Like I said, it's something to get used to but it's not for everyone..........

screw music isnt the hottest shit out there, but i can dig it. i'm not into the syrup but ive smoked plenty of blunts listening to some screw tapes.

btw, chamillionaire is no doubt the illest rapper from houston. that guy is sick.

I hear its more effective when your zoning, but I don't do syrup or Twist!

I'll ask my Htown Peeps about Chamillionaire, never heard of him. Is he Underground? I've been told there is some hot people in Htown who just dont get the pub. I heard the Lil Flips People Strong armed their way into the spotlight, actually got some nice mc from Htown killed!

chamillionaire is a sellout. same with mike jones. if you listen to their old tapes its all about being major without signing to a major deal, how theyd stay underground and independent forever... look at them now. all over mtv and bet, both on major labels. lame if you ask me.

well, get a copy of paul wall and chamillionaire's - get ya mind correct. listen to it and hear them dissing major labels like def jam and blah blah blah... mike jones plugs his new cd so much but when it actually comes out its 14 songs of garbage. they both signed to major deals, started dissing swisha house, and now they are trash in my opinion. if you listen to it and still dig it, thats cool. im just saying how i feel about them.
