Hey everyone,

I’ve recently been getting into Hawaiian music and I’m curious to hear your recommendations for some relaxing tunes.

I love the sound of ukuleles and soft melodies that transport me to the islands. I’ve heard that Hawaiian music can be incredibly soothing and great for unwinding after a long day.

Specifically, I’m looking for relaxing Hawaiian music that I can play while doing some light reading or just lounging around.

Any albums or artists you’d suggest that would provide a peaceful, tranquil vibe?

Would love to hear your thoughts!

Apparently Hawaiian music isn't a big item around here. When I was a young'un, my dad used to play Santo and Johnny records. That was about as Hawaiian as we had, and they were a couple of Italian brothers from Brooklyn.

Iam Tongi won American Idol doing Hawaiian music. Israel Kaʻanoʻi Kamakawiwoʻole had some fame for a while. You can find tunes on Youtube if you look. Its out there.
