This un started as a guitar riff I liked but couldn't come up with a name or lyrics. Then I was flippin thru some lyrics I wrote about 23 years ago :eek: and they seemed to fit.

Still haven't come up with a lead guitar for it cuz my lead sucks. :o

As in just volume or EQ?
Here's what I did...a sprinkle of top end (maybe 1.5db) down to around 5000hz, scooped about 3db out of the middle from about 250 to 500 and left the botton flat.

The riff at 1:55 is very megadeth, I love it :D The vocals over that part reminded me of Slayer.... Love it :D

On a side note: I checked out motor vehicle breakdown blues the other day, brilliant tune. Showed it to one of my mates, he gave it a thumbs up too :)

Vocals are well done as are the drums. Tight performance.

I'm only listening on bookshelf speakers with a sub hooked up to a laptop, but I'm not getting much clearly defined bass. I keep thinking I hear the bass frequencies in there somewhere, but don't actually pick up on the bass notes themselves...probably in unison with the guitars I guess?

Anyway...good work...pretty heavy.

nah...I check mysp at work and sometimes I can tune in, sometimes I can't and then I forget later cuz I smoked too mu...cuz I've got a very busy job that requires my full attention...:D

Totally dig the tune. I like the vocal performance too, got some DogBalls hanging low.. However, I'd like to hear the vocals come through a little more. I think tweaking the mid to upper midrange might help. As it is now, vocals aren't separated out from the rest of the mix and they lack definition.

I started listening then I read Greg's comment about the kick and I was like... really?? Then I continued reading... whew, you took care of it already.
