Wonderin how it is done.
For one thing I have soem movies on my computer that area tte file extension .divx.avi
I've tried numerous methods to get this in some programs and all it says is it doesn't recognize teh file type, or it needs to be in wav. I just want to sample some parts like voices for instance.

is there anyway I can use this movi onmy computer?

Also on to the norm, how is this done in most case's?

Do I plug my VCR into my soundcard or just hold a mic to my TV or what???

hella confused and curious. Any help much apreciated, Thanks!

For this you will need a video card which digitizes or converts the video into the AVI, Quicktime or MPEG format. For example, the Miro DC 30 Card works fine. What you will also need, if I'm not mistaken is a Synchronizer that supports LTC/VITC to MTC and Wordclock.
