I just bought a Pod pro and I am wondering how I use the s/pdif input on my delta 66. Does anybody know what the control panel needs to look like for me to hear and record the s/pdif input? Also, what kind of cable do I need in order to make this connection? Can I use normal rca cables or do I need something special? Thanks!

A normal RCA cable might work, but you'd be better off with a proper S/PDIF cable. As far as the control panel, go to the S/PDIF page. If there's an S/PDIF cable connected, I suspect it shows somethin gother than "Invalid or not present" like mine shows, and then the connector type buttons wouldn't be greyed out like mine are and you could select Coax(RCA) or Optical, and that should take care of it. Sorry, don't have any S/PDIF gear myself or I'd be more certain.

The cable should be 75 ohms, which a regular RCA audio cable is not......but in a pinch it will work. The problem it will likely cause is increased jitter, which isn't a work/doesn't work thing....it's a loss of quality thing.
On the Delta 66, you have to route the S/PDIF input to whatever output you are recording or monitoring, and you have to decide who's the clock source and configure that. You can record the S/PDIF input directly, but that presents some monitoring issues. When all else fails, you could try reading the manual ;-)
