hello fellow musician and midi wizard.
i have few question and i hope someone in out there can help me.

I produce tracks with the mpc2000xl for drums and i use the jv1010 for a sound module, i have been trying to find out how can i save the jv1010 settings when i finish a track, example how to save the patch i use on the module so when i load up the track the sound is there.

2 another question: when i use the a patch that is out of range of the mpc2000xl the mpc plays for example sound 54 while the jv1010 play a sound 180? when i save the song on floppy, and reload it back it plays sound 54 rather than sound 180?

can anyone solve this?
thank you for your help.

Ye olde 'save' function on the module has always worked for me. Give it a try - it may work for you too!

Try saving it as an 'ALL' file. In combination with the tip above you're almost guaranteed to come away a winner...
