I have a Roland gr-20 and the Roland Strat. It connects with the 13 pin stock cable. This setup was working fine until about a week ago. Now when I play the guitar it only tracks the low e string. I also troubleshoot with the gk-3 and it only tracks the low e string. Any suggestions? The rest of the strings will not track.
 
Cable is good. I found the manual for the gr-20 and reset the unit to factory settings and problem fixed.
