Hi, i posted this on another board (and i'm pretty sure it was the wrong one ha) but my yamaha psr 530 is starting to die...SLOWLY...so i've been shopping around for another keyboard and i think its time to go for a "serious" keyboard (u know..one without speakers) so i was wondering has anyone played/or own a roland fantom S 88. I was playing one in a music store, and fell in love with it. It is a bit expensive, but I liked it. Any reviews/opinions ect
 
Funny you should ask. I picked one up two weeks ago and have no regrets.
It's layed out beautifully for composition work. Very user friendly.The sounds are great.
I'm still learning the programs but I've found no real problems with it.
 
haha same thing happened to me...shoppin around for a board and this guy plays this shit on the roland s...omg so nice that keyboard...just waitin till i get more funds to copp me one...but i hear theres a new yamaha board out motif es6 if i remember correctly...havent heard much bout it but ill see whats up wit it...
