Roland is getting stale . They need something better than software on plastic boards. When I went to the midi controller with the A-49 USB, I felt it was a kids toy. Not a professional instrument.
My 20 Y/o Fantom X is in an Aluminum chassis. Nice keybed with true aftertouch. It does the SRX level samples . 808 and 909 authentic kits. They peaked. Looks like they are in a steady decline.
The V- Synth was the last inspiring piece they came up with.
