Rode NTK Mic. Any comments on it?

Hey tube, the Neve desk is at Prairie Sun in Cotati, CA. Actually, we did hit the tape pretty hard, but we used Quantegy GP9. Hitting the tape just as hard as we did the last time out (with Ampex 456), the result was far less "tape" sounding. It's one of those tapes that has made me observe that high end tape is slowly moving towards the digital sound.

actually, now that you mention it, the bass sound was done through a Bass POD. The original sound was just a little f'ed up, and the bass player made a few mistakes, so I had him retrack it through the bass pod, using a combination of the Ampeg SVT and the 360 models.
